Rates are determined on number of guests and bedrooms desired and start at $199 per night for 1-2 guests during the Off Season (May 1-Oct 29) & $275 per night during the On Season (Oct 30-Apr 30) for 1-2 guests, add $75 per person per night (including children) and $50 per night per person during the Off Season (May 1-Oct 30), maximum guests allowed overnight is 10 !!! Weekend start rates start at $675 during the On Season & $475 during the Off Season !!! Children under 3 are FREE !!! Security/Damage/Electricity/ Deposit
A security/damage/electricity deposit of $500.00 is required to rent this property. This amount will be refunded within 30 – 60 days after the rental period, less any claims toward damage, missing items, or uncollected amounts owed. If damages exceed the security deposit amount, the guests must pay the difference in full, including any and all legal fees, fines, and attorney fees.
Cleaning
The property is cleaned prior to occupancy and should be left in a clean condition when vacating (Garbage emptied, dishes washed, floors kept etc…), housekeeping will be provided per request at an additional charge of $10 per hour. Any large party is required to hire the housekeeping staff every 2 days of their stay. Any excessive cleaning or cost of any damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit.
Cancellations
Any and all notices of cancellations for any reason are to be made in writing. If/When a notice is received more than 90 days before the rental date, all attempts to re-rent the property will be made and we will retain a 10% processing fee. If less than a 90 day notice is given and the property does not get re-rented, a loss of security deposit and prepaid rental fees up to the amount of the loss will occur, 100% of all money collected will be retained by the property owner and a rain check will be issued for alternate dates.
